Art al Ras is a cultural project in the region of Terra Alta in Tarragona. Various artists, sculptors, poets and writers are undergoing a series of three dimensional works to make a profound study of the possibilities of Art´s contact with Nature.

This work is undertaken with various skills and techniques, taking into account the different materials that can be found in Terra Alta (wood, stone, clay, iron etc.)

These works of art are distributed throughout the outskirt paths of the villages, and as they are placed they link together the twelve villages of Terra Alta. This route will eventually contain more than 70 sculptures.

Our respect for nature and our natural environment through art envolves a cultural commitment for everyone in Terra Alta.
